- Receptionist / Office Administrator - This is a halfday position (7:30am - 1:30pm) that requires the successful applicant to perform the following duties. Organizing daily office operations, filing, answering phones, office supply requisitions, liaising with U.S. based office, assisting CEO with administrative tasks, liaising with customers, preparing leave and overtime for payroll. Candidate with exceptional skill in the following should apply : great oral and written communication skills, presentable, fully bilingual, accurate typing skills, customer service and research skills. Must be a self-starter, motivated, and able to work flexible hours upon request. Successful candidate will report directly to CEO. Must have sober habits. Compensation to be discussed during interview. Valid drivers license and own transport essential. Position Available September 2020
